Here are some tips when starting your home search:
1. I can show you any home in the MLS system. As your exclusive buyer agent, I would not be working for the buyer. I would be solely working for you. I’m her to help you buy a home not a house.

3. If you click on a map of the property form my website, click on the “Google Map” tab. It’s easier to move and make larger or smaller.
4. Start with as detailed as you want. Then expand your options if necessary. Do you really need that 2nd garage? Does you next home need 5 bedrooms? Does the basement need to be finished? There are just some ideas to consider.
5. Don’t forget to use the mortgage calculator to help determine how much of a home you can afford.
